I like to share my story of resilience, entrepreneurship, and the pursuit of financial freedom. My husband Sunny graduated from NYU as a dentist and I graduated from Rutgers University with an IT degree.
As working professionals and parents to 3 young children, we realized we need to generate a different source of income to achieve time freedom so that we can be actively present in the childhood of our kids and watch them achieve their milestones. And we achieved financial freedom, so that we can provide them with the best education opportunities.
Our realeastate journey became when we decided to purchase our practice including the land and building. How it resulted in tax benefits, and reduced tax benefits.
My business model was to purchase, wait for few years to refinance and re-invest. I have focused on generating passive income through real estate syndications. I have been working on the path to create time and financial freedom for our family. With my 15 years of experience in real estate, I strongly believe that real estate is the most powerful vehicle which has helped us generate generational wealth and gain time freedom, and financial freedom.
The major turn came when I learned the power of syndication, even though I own and 0manage multiple YUM brand franchises and multiple multi-family properties. How business professional can invest in large multifamily deals passive, focus on their profession and gain all the benefits of real estate deductions to reduce the personal taxes, and generate a stream of passive income and general wealth.
My diverse and successful portfolio is a testament to the power of education, strategic planning, and taking calculated risks.
